This research is motivated by the critical importance of enhancing the performance of the public service division Civil Servants (ASN) in Banjarmasin City to support organizational goal achievement and optimize public services. The core issue focuses on the necessity of strengthening organizational and managerial factors hypothesized to influence employee performance, specifically organizational culture, work discipline, and workload. Research data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 143 public service division Civil Servants (ASN) in Banjarmasin. This study employs a quantitative approach utilizing causal-associative research methods. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that partially, organizational culture and work discipline exert a significant effect on employee performance, whereas workload does not show a significant effect. However, simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence ASN Employee Performance. This confirms that performance improvement is not determined by a single factor alone, but rather by the synergy between organizational values, disciplined behavior, and appropriate workload management as part of strengthening organizational and managerial aspects. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that improving ASN employee performance in Banjarmasin requires consistent reinforcement of organizational culture, sustainable enhancement of work discipline, and proportional workload management aligned with employee competencies. Ultimately, boosting employee performance will lead to enhanced public service quality and more effective and efficient achievement of organizational goals.
