This research aims to analyze the implementation of Maqasid Sharia in sustainable finance and corporate governance. Through a systematic literature review of 50 articles from 2015-2024, the findings demonstrate significant integration potential between Islamic ethical principles and ESG frameworks. Conclusion: Islamic financial institutions should adopt comprehensive sustainability metrics based on Maqasid Sharia.
